Conditions of Usage
Our Shopping Cart – Although it costs us more to process payments than other means, Hill Country Wine Ware (HCWW) has elected to use PayPal to process our customer payments, but customers do not need to have a PayPal account! There is no added cost to our customers for our use of the PayPay portal. If you don’t have a PayPal account or just don’t want to use your PayPal Account, No Problem – simply use your credit or debit card instead. You do not have to have a PayPal account to order, however, PayPal will handle the financial processing for HCWW.
Why we use PayPay – Well, it is mainly for your protection as well as ours. PayPal is much better equipped to securely process purchases and they impose many security features to protect consumers and businesses. Hill Country Wine Ware DOES NOT process nor keep your credit card information. Private and personal credit/debit card information entered for orders is processed through PayPal. HCWW does not store financial information of its customers.
Packaging – We use sturdy materials to protect products during shipping, however, we also reduce excess packaging, eliminate unnecessary fill and use recyclable materials. If you want lots of excess wrapping, a bunch of packing peanuts or filler plus an oversized box to open, please expect to be disappointed when that’s not how your order will arrive.
Flat Rate Shipping – We offer flat rate shipping for convenience and we do not charge a handling fee. Our shipping is exclusively done by USPS Package Tracker Priority Mail and we ship only to the 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico! Our customers enjoy delivery of their items within typically 7 business days. Sometimes maybe a little longer for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico or other delays. USPS also provides the advantage of Saturday delivery that other carries do not. If you need your item(s) by a particular date, please order enough days in advance.
Refund/Return Policy – By placing an order with HCWW you are also agreeing to our Terms & Conditions you are also agreeing to our Return/Refund Policy.
